​NUANCEPK (Website, Instagram & WhatsApp) and physical store locations are made accessible in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions and any other rules posted on this website. 

This information may be updated at any time and clients should regularly check for any changes that are made to the terms and condition. Please read the terms and conditions before placing any orders, through any of our affiliated sales channels. We take your purchase as an agreement of any terms and conditions.

By using our services, clients agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Order Acceptance

Once you have placed the order, you will receive a confirmation email or a WhatsApp message acknowledging your order details. This email/message only confirms that your order has been received. You will receive another email/ message to advise that your order has been dispatched or any other communication required during the order process.

NUANCEPK reserves the right to not accept orders at our sole discretion. This may occur for example, due to the unavailability of stock or if we are unable to receive authorization for payment and other restrictions we deem are appropriate.

Payments

  • Payments are due at the time of order.
  • Exception for this policy is made at the discretion of the NUANCEPK team.
  • All payments have to be cleared before picking/dispatch of order from the store or any NUANCEPK affiliated workshops, such as alteration and tailor shops recommended by NUANCEPK.
  • NUANCEPK reserves the right to take legal action in the event of failure to abide by the aforementioned policy. 
  • Late or delayed payments may also incur late fees, finance charges and any other legal fees associated to settle the account.
  • All purchases will be subject to sales tax per law, unless the tax is included in the price of the merchandise.
  • Terms of payment, including method of payment accepted is at the discretion of NUANCEPK team.
  • Skipped payments, declined payments will incur additional fees equivalent to 30% of the total price of the purchase in addition to all legal, court and any other fees and expenses associated.

Insurance

NUANCEPK insures all orders during the time from when an order is in transit until it is delivered to client's provided/specified address. This is only applicable to products which are dispatched via courier.
 
Client is required to sign for your order when delivered, at which point you accept responsibility for the order. If somebody else signs on your behalf, you accept this as evidence of delivery and accept responsibility for the purchased goods.

Shipping and Handling 

Estimated shipping times are only as a guide. NUANCEPK cannot be held responsible for delays caused by various reasons such as availability of material, amount taken to make the outfit or customs. We strongly recommend you to contact your local courier office for tracking in case of any delays.
 
You are responsible for the payment of any customs taxes, duties and related charges to importing any products to your country. See our Shipping and Delivery page for more details.

Deliveries are made only after the full payment for the product has been received.

 

Intellectual Property

All content of this site is protected by international intellectual property treaties and laws. Trademarks, designs, and all content provided on this site can not be redistributed or reproduced. Any violation of these laws may result in criminal or civil penalties.

 

Website Inconsistencies

We will always try to provide the correct product description and prices on the website, however sometimes errors can occur. If an error in price is discovered we will notify you soon as possible and reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order.
 
If you cannot be contacted/unreachable, we will cancel the order and refund the amount.
 
We also reserve the right to cancel any orders that have been based on inaccurate information.

Online prices are only available for online purchase. 

We strive to provide the most competitive prices online.

Stock

We offer different varieties instore and on the website. There maybe some overlap, but we do not always have same design, size and/or color at both locations.

We make every effort to display and describe colors as accurately as possible on our website. However, screen displays vary and we do not guarantee they are always completely accurate.
