• Items once purchased, cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality.
• For return requests due to quality issues, Nuance will issue gift cards which can be used for future purchases at www.Nuancepk.com
• You may reach out to us within 7 days of purchase.
• The item must be in its original packing with the invoice.
• All returns and exchanges for orders within Pakistan must be sent back to the address provided by Nuancepk at customer’s expense.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason including stock unavailability, pricing imprecisions, or the declined payment by your authorized bank.
